A Message from the Prep Summit Planning Committee

Thank you for your patience as NACCHO and the organizations comprising the planning committee have been navigating our response to the COVID-19 pandemic with respect to conducting the conference. As you can appreciate, this is a large undertaking in a time when attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, hotels and other logistical support companies are all facing their own challenges at home and uncertainties for the future. We have appreciated your feedback and done our best to incorporate it into our plans moving forward.

Due to the ongoing public health impacts of COVID-19, NACCHO has decided to transition the 2020 Preparedness Summit from an in-person meeting to a fully virtual experience on August 25-27.

If you were registered for the original conference dates, we look forward to seeing you virtually in August! Your registration for the original Prep Summit dates (March 31-April 3) has been rolled over, and you are now registered for our August meeting. If these alternate dates conflict with your professional or personal commitments, you have the option to transfer your registration to another colleague or to receive a refund. Please email PrepSummitReg@naccho.org to make changes.

We are working through the complicated logistics that result from this decision as rapidly as possible. In the interim, we expect you have many questions regarding conference registration, hotel reservations, and airfare. While we expect to be able to address all of your questions in the coming weeks, we will not be able to answer all of them at this time. Therefore, we will be providing regular updates via email and on the website.

We thank you in advance for your continued patience.
