Please note that NACCHO does not track session attendance as we cannot faithfully guarantee or certify attendance at sessions. However, NACCHO can provide a general Certificate of Attendance confirming your presence at the 2023 Preparedness Summit.
You may pick up this certificate in-person at registration on Wednesday, April 26 and Thursday, April 27 only. In addition, Certificates of Attendance may be requested through May 27, 2023 by emailing PrepSummitReg@naccho.org. NACCHO is unable to provide certificates after this date.
