This year's Preparedness Summit will have an in-person and virtual component, and will be held April 3-16 in Baltimore, Maryland. Exhibits will be held in Halls B & C, which are fully carpeted. If you are interested in exhibiting, learn more here.

Exhibit Hall Hours
- Tuesday, April 14 from 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday, April 15 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Move-Out
- Wednesday, April 16 from 2:15 PM – 6:00 PM
- Note: Exhibitors may not tear down prior to Wednesday, April 15th at 2:15 PM. Please plan your flights accordingly.

- 20’x20’ Island or Tent Pavilion: $15,000
Included in the price of each 10x10 Exhibit Booth space:
- Side and backwall pipe and drape
- One draped 6’ table

- Listing in the mobile app and online conference platform
Booth Package and Policies
Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, giving priority to NACCHO’s Affiliate Business Partners and 2026 Preparedness Summit exhibitors. Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred booth location, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive one of your preferred choices. Booth reservations for the 2026 Preparedness Summit must be made in the MapYourShow Exhibitor Portal. The exhibitor fully understands that submission of the Exhibitor Space Application and Contract in the MapYourShow portal becomes a binding contract, and the exhibitor is subject to the terms and regulations set forth by NACCHO as listed therein, designated by the Baltimore Convention Center, and Exhibitor Services Manual. In addition, NACCHO reserves the right to reject an application that, in its judgment, is inappropriate for the 2026 Preparedness Summit.

Non-Profit Rate
Companies requesting a Non-Profit rate are allowed one 10’x10’ booth. Non-Profit exhibitors requesting more than one booth will be required to pay the full booth cost for all booths reserved. Non-profit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
20' x 20' Island, Oversized Booth, or Tent Pavilion - $15,000
All items for your booth must be kept inside the 20’x20’ area. If you opt to build any structures, they can be no taller than 12 feet and no larger than 20x20 square feet once constructed. Each structure will need to be made of flame retardant fabric and come with an accessible fire extinguisher. Included in the space are two (2) draped 6 ft tables, four (4) chairs, and a waste basket. All oversized, inline booth structures can only reserve space in outer aisles of the floor plan.
NEW: Booth Staffing and Exhibitor Registration Fees
Exhibitor badges are required for anyone working in the booth. Exhibiting companies are allotted two complimentary Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional company representatives and all other company personnel must register for the conference and pay the appropriate fee. Additional badges can be purchased based on the fee schedule below:
